How we create your video

Creating great video content is all about teamwork. From clients to producers and creatives, everyone has a role to play. To keep things running smoothly, we put together a clear and transparent schedule. This way, everyone knows what’s happening, when it’s happening, and most importantly, who’s in charge of each task. Every project kicks off with a meeting where we dive into your vision and goals for the video. What’s the core message you want to share? How does the video fit into your overall strategy? Where and how will it be shared? Together, we’ll untangle these questions to craft the perfect approach and tailor the script to deliver the results you’re after. We prefer meeting face-to-face whenever possible – not just because it’s more efficient, but because it’s always nice to see who we’re working with (plus, video calls never capture the good side of anyone). A strong connection makes for better collaboration – and, let’s be honest, better coffee too.
Based on the insights you share during the kick-off meeting, we start shaping the project and fine-tuning the script. How will we tell the story? What visual style works best? Who’s brave enough to step in front of the camera? And which additional visuals will strengthen the message (without unnecessary glitter effects, we promise)?

During our consultation moments, we refine every detail until the script and concept have your full approval. Only then do we move forward. No shortcuts, no mysterious “we’ll fix it in post” tricks – just teamwork, because your story deserves a flawless execution. 😉

“Preparing for a recording day requires a solid dose of practical organization. That’s why we arrange all film equipment while developing the script. We schedule appointments and, if necessary, find the perfect location. Or as we call it: location hunting – don’t worry, no one gets hurt (though there might be heated debates about the lunch spot).

With streamlined project management, we ensure everything runs smoothly and is ready for the shoot. Even the coffee is set, so you don’t have to worry about a thing except the final result.”

Every camera operator has their own unique strengths. We make sure to assign the right professionals to your project so you can count on a professional approach and footage that perfectly fits your story – no bloopers, unless they’re actually funny.”

Image montage

After filming, we edit the images. We use an online app, which makes viewing and providing feedback on the edited video very easy and clear.

Motion Graphics

Once the image montage has been approved, we will add title animations, animated graphs and texts.

Sound Design

  • Now that the image has been approved, we finish the audio. Sound determines 50% of the impact of your video; so we would like to pay attention to this. The voice over is recorded. Sound finishing with mixing of the music and adding sound effects at appropriate moments that support the story.

Finishing video

  • Image and sound are now ready. We then provide a finished video file with the desired compression.
